If you would like to cancel your order please email us. and include your order number. We will respond to cancellation requests during normal business hours. Please note that some orders may not be able to be cancelled if they have already been fulfilled. In that case, they will need to be returned.
Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) as long as the product is returned in new and unused condition and is received with the original packaging and all components it was shipped with. The product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, dents, or other signs of wear or usage. Jeda Products, Inc does not charge a restocking fee.
All returns and exchanges must be requested and approved by our team. Once the return is approved, we will provide a return address to ship the product to.
- The product must be received in unused and new condition with original packaging intact, free of any signs of use, damages, or marks.
- For ease of processing a refund, please include the corresponding order number and full customer name.
- A refund will be issued for the cost of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund if it does not meet these requirements. The sender must pay for return shipping. You will be refunded using the same payment method used, within 5-10 business days after receiving your return.

If you would like to exchange a product that is defective, please contact us. We will help fix or replace products which fall under our warranty. The defective item will need to be returned to us (we will provide a return label for shipping.) Please provide as much detail as possible for our team to review.
