If you would like to cancel your order please email us and include your order number. While we will try our best to accommodate your cancellation request, we may not be able to if the order has already been processed by our team. In the event that we are unable to cancel your order and it has been processed or shipped, we will need to receive it back to process a return and refund.
Returns & Refunds
If you’d like to return a product, simply contact us. Unused products can be returned for a refund for up to 2 weeks after the package is received. We accept returns as long as the item(s) in question are returned in new and unused condition with the original packaging and accessories. We do not charge a restocking fee if the item is returned in the above condition.
Please note, no restocking fee is applied to open-products, unless they are damaged, visibly used, or missing accessories / packaging. If an item is returned back in visibly used condition, or missing original parts or pieces, or in damaged condition a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. This restocking fee goes towards helping our team properly recycle, refurbish, or dispose of your product in an environmentally friendly way. If an item is returned completely destroyed, a return may not be accepted.
Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Jeda Spacers are considered single-use items and are non-refundable.
For ease of processing a refund, please include the corresponding order number and full customer name in your return and email to us. After your return has been received, please allow 1 to 3 weeks (5-15 business days) for your return to process. Our team will send a confirmation email with receipt when your refund credit has been submitted.

Wrong product exchange: If you ordered the wrong product and need to process an exchange for the correct product, please get in touch with us for RMA instructions. We’re happy to help you get the correct product, and make the process as easy as possible. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the original order. Our team will send you instructions via email to complete the exchange.

- Order number
- Relevant information about the issue you are having
The more details you can provide, the better we can understand the issue and provide the best solution. If an exchange is authorized the product must be returned within 30 days for processing. Our team will help you with the exchange process to make it as easy as possible.
