How long do I have to process a return? If you’d like to return a product for a refund, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within (14) days of receiving your order. We accept returns as long as the item(s) in question are returned in unused condition with the original packaging and accessories.
Are any items final sale? All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund of any kind.
What can I do if I’m past the 14 day window? We cannot process a return for refund request if it is made past the (14) day period stated in this policy; however our team can assist in processing store credit or exchange options up to (30) days after receipt of the order.
How long do I have to ship back my item for a return? You are responsible for return shipping. We must receive your return within 14 days of providing return authorization.
How long after I ship my return will it take to process? After your return has been received, please allow (5-15) business days for your return to process. Our team will send a confirmation email with receipt when your refund credit has been submitted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be reflected in the return. We advise keeping your return tracking number until your return is processed.
Is there a restocking fee for returns? We do not charge a restocking fee if the item is returned in new and/or unused condition. No restocking fee is applied to open-products unless they are damaged, visibly used or distressed, missing accessories, or if the originally packaging has been damaged. If an order is returned back in visibly distressed condition, or missing original parts or pieces a restocking fee of 25% will be applied. This restocking fee goes towards helping our team properly recycle or dispose of your product in an environmentally friendly way. If an item is returned to us severely damaged, a return will not be accepted and the original item will be returned to you.

Store Credit and Exchanges
Our team can assist in processing store credit or exchange options up to 30 days after receipt of the order. Please email us with your order number so we can assist you.
If an exchange is processed due to an incorrect item ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping and exchange fees. We will gladly exchange all items with no restocking fee.
