Due to a recent backlog of orders, our current delivery timeframe is 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. We ship using USPS priority mail, which offers 2-3 day delivery with tracking included. All orders will come with a valid tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you would like to check on the status of an order, please email us with your order number and we will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible.
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, from 9am-6pm PST. Any and all orders processed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your Jeda pad promptly is to arrange for it to be sent to your work address. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages.
Jeda Products, Inc. reserves the right to limit or deny returns. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of products with a valid reason for return. Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, all products purchased on the website may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Customer cannot vary or cancel the order as Jeda Products, Inc. may have already processed the order.
