Jeda Products Shipping times and information
What is the current shipping timeframe for items? If an item is in stock, it will ship out immediately. If an item is on pre-order or backorder, it will ship according to the timeframe specified.

How do I receive tracking information? All orders will come with a valid tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. We sometimes end up in spam, so be sure to check your spam folder for tracking information.
How do I change my shipping address? If you would like us to change your shipping address, please contact us. Please note we cannot change, alter, or cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
How fast do you ship? Our warehouse hours are Monday-Friday, from 6am-4pm PST. In stock items ships within 24 hours. Any and all orders processed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
What are some items marked as a pre-order with future shipping dates? We manufacture and quality check each item we make. Due to limited stock runs, some items may have different ship times. We update these times weekly for accuracy.
Which shipping companies do you use to ship? Domestic orders (within North America) ship via Fedex, UPS, USPS Priority, DHL. International orders (outside of North America) ship via DHL, USPS and UPS.
What do I do if my shipment is lost or missing? Please contact us and provide your order number, tracking number, and your shipping address. Our team will help assist you with any shipping issues or errors.
How long does it take to receive my order once shipped? Generally 2-5 business days for orders within the the USA, and 7-12 business days for international orders.
Please enter your address in English, as foreign languages may have difficulty being processed for shipment in the U.S by carriers.
Customs duties and fees can be imposed at will. International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duty, and/or foreign taxes in the country they are shipping to. Please note that we are required by law to declare the value of the merchandise.
