Due to the production of our 2nd generation Jeda Wireless Pad (official launch date January 24th) all orders placed on the website will ship the first week of February, and will automatically be upgraded to our newer version, at no extra cost. We ship priority mail, which offers 1-2 priority delivery with tracking included for domestic orders. For international orders, USPS priority delivers within 5-7 days. All orders will come with a valid tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you would like to check on the status of an order, please email us with your order number and we will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible! If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your Jeda pad promptly is to arrange for it to be sent to your work address.
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, from 9am-6pm PST. Any and all orders processed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
For international orders: Customs duties and fees can be imposed randomly. While they are not always imposed, there are times when they can be and are at the will of the customs agent processing the shipment. International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duty, and/or foreign taxes in the country they are shipping to. Please note that we are required by law to declare the exact value of the merchandise.
