Our current delivery timeframe is 7-10 days from the date of purchase. We ship using USPS priority mail, which offers 1-3 day delivery with tracking included. All orders will come with a valid tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you would like to check on the status of an order, please email us with your order number and we will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible!
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, from 9am-6pm PST. Any and all orders processed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your Jeda pad promptly is to arrange for it to be sent to your work address. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages.
For international orders: Customs duties and fees can be imposed randomly. While they are not always imposed, there are times when they can be and are at the will of the customs agent processing the shipment. International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duty, and/or foreign taxes in the country they are shipping to. Please note that we are required by law to declare the exact value of the merchandise.
Jeda Products, Inc., reserves the right to limit or deny returns. Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchasing time with a valid reason for cancellation. Customer cannot vary or cancel the order as Jeda Products, Inc., may have already processed the order.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, all products purchased on the website may not be returned for a refund or exchange.
Returns must be requested and approved by our team, and must have a valid reason for wanting to return. In the case of returns, the product must be received in good condition, unopened or unused within 7 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We do not cover return shipping, unless in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, in which case we will provide a return shipping label to you. If a return is approved, a refund will be issued for the cost of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
