COVID-19: We are still shipping and operating at this time! To ensure the safety of our staff, workers, and warehouse, our operations are limited to a few times per week. If your item is not a pre-order, it will ship within 2-3 days.
General orders have a 2-3 business day processing time, unless otherwise specified.
Model Y Hubs are pre-orders set to ship end of October/Early November
Below you will find the couriers we use for domestic and international shipments. If you have a preferred courier service for your area, don’t hesitate to reach out to us – we’re happy to specify the courier used for your shipment.
- Domestic orders (within North America) ship via Fedex, UPS, USPS Priority.
- International orders (outside of North America) ship via DHL, USPS and UPS.
UPS: UPS is scanning in packages on time, and is not experiencing as vast of delays with packages. Some international packages have experienced an added 2-3 day delay. UPS is our main shipping option for domestic orders, so please contact us if you prefer another.
Fedex: All orders shipped via Fedex are experiencing a delay with “scanning in” as they are no longer scanning packages in at our warehouse, but when they reach the closest sorting hub. We are seeing this add 3-5 business days to shipping times.
USPS: USPS is scanning in daily. USPS is experiencing some slight delays, and most customers can receive their packages within 1-2 days of the normal shipping time.
DHL: All orders are being scanned in by the driver by the end of day. DHL is experiencing mild international delays, which are adding about 2-3 days to transit time. DHL is our main international shipping option, so please contact us if you prefer another.
COVID-19 Update: International orders are seeing slightly longer transit times of 3 business days due to extra processing times in customs. Domestic shipments remain unaffected.
All orders will come with a valid tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you would like to check on the status of an order, please email us with your order number and we will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible! If you would like us to change your shipping address, please contact us. Please note we cannot change, alter, or cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, from 9am-6pm PST. Any and all orders processed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day. All orders are shipped from California.
For international orders, we ship via UPS and DHL. General timeframes at present are 7-12 business days.
Customs duties and fees can be imposed at will. International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duty, and/or foreign taxes in the country they are shipping to. Please note that we are required by law to declare the value of the merchandise.
