JEDA USB HUB:
Due to a backlog, current orders will ship in 3 weeks from the date of purchase. (Updated August 10th, 2019.)
Our team does our absolute best to provide up-to-date shipping information on orders. Prior to an order shipping out, we will send an email about 1-1.5 weeks before, to provide you with shipping batch information. Please refer to the above timeline for general inquiries. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
If multiple items are purchased together, they will ship together. We ship via priority mail, which offers 1-2 day priority delivery with tracking included for domestic orders. For international orders, USPS priority delivers within 5-8 days — USPS has a relationship with public international postal systems worldwide, so the tracking number is transferable into the international system in your respective country.
All orders will come with a valid tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you would like to check on the status of an order, please email us with your order number and we will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible! If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your products promptly is to arrange for your package to be sent to your work address. If you would like us to change your shipping address, please contact us.
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, from 9am-6pm PST. Any and all orders processed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

For international orders: Customs duties and fees can be imposed randomly. While they are not always imposed, there are times when they can be and are at the will of the customs agent processing the shipment. International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duty, and/or foreign taxes in the country they are shipping to.
