Want to cancel an order? If you would like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the subject line. Requests made over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. While we will try our best to accommodate your cancellation request, we may not be able to if the order has already been processed by our team. In the event that we are unable to cancel your order and it has been processed/shipped, we will need to receive it back to process a refund and our standard return terms will apply.
Want to return an item or order? In order to process a refund contact us within (14) days of receiving your order. Before contacting us, please be sure you read the terms and conditions and are eligible for a return. To begin a return, please send us the information outlined in our return section via email.
Want to process a store credit or exchange? In order to process a store credit or exchange contact us within (30) days of receiving your order.
Have a warranty question? Our warranty on all products is 12 months from the date of purchase. If your item is within our 12 month warranty period, please refer to our warranty page for steps on how to begin a warranty claim. If your order is outside of the 12 month warranty period, please contact our team for troubleshooting and other assistance.
