Our warranty is 12 months on all products. To begin a warranty claim, please contact us and provide the following information for our team to review. Please note, the original order number and a description of the issue are required for the warranty claim. Without this information, we are unable to process a warranty.

Take a picture or record a short video (max 10MB) of the issue that you’re experiencing. Pictures and videos help a lot when our Customer Support team is diagnosing and troubleshooting product issues. Attaching demonstrative pictures or videos to your warranty claim form will help us to better help you.
Our Customer Support team will review your warranty claim form and respond via email as soon as possible. We may offer additional troubleshooting steps before proceeding.
If your warranty claim form is approved, we will exchange the defective item for a brand new and working replacement of the same item when possible. Jeda will cover any return shipping fees.
If you are outside of the 12 month window, you may contact our team for troubleshooting assistance and help. We will do our best to ensure your issue is resolved 🙂
